Restaurantes
Ladolcevita has its roots in Italian tradition. It has received so much culinary input from its trips all around the world but its heart is still in Bologna, my hometown and in my adoptive city, Naples.
For these reasons I make Italian traditional cakes, like babà, pastiera, tiramisù, ricotta and pears, zuppa inglese, sweet peaches, plumcakes and so on.
All these can be made in individual portions or sliced perfect for use in restaurants and coffee shops.
